In additional to the traditional Swedish massage which is tailored to your specific needs, in this treatment you will receive hot towels applied to your back, neck and feet throughout the length of the massage. Also included in this treatment is your choice of an essential oil to be combined with the massage oil. Truly pampering experience to be enjoyed.

Prenatal Massage
Being pregnant is such a magical time in a woman's life. As your belly grows unfortunately so do the aches and pains that come along for the ride. Prenatal massage is designed to help keep you comfortable throughout your entire pregnancy. For your massage we offer the choice between our EarthLite Pregnancy Bolster which allows you to be positioned on your stomach for the majority of your treatment. This body cushion support system is tested and proven to be a unique support for all stages of pregnancy. If you prefer we can alternatively have you lying on your side to accommodate your growing belly, with lots of pillows to help you feel completely relaxed during your treatment. Each treatment is tailored to your specific needs.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is one of the most common types of massage you can experience. It relaxes and energizes the body while helping to improve overall health. This type of massage helps restore the equilibrium and balance within the body. Your therapist will use different techniques such as long strokes and kneading to alleviate stress and tension that has built up throughout your body.
